TWAIN is the industry standard for talking to scanners. Most scanner manufacturers will produce TWAIN drivers for their scanners, with Fujitsu Scansnaps as the notable exception.

HDM works on Windows XP to Windows 7, and works on both 32 and 64 bit machines.

The left panel is for navigating your document structure, the middle panel show you your what's in the selected folder/tag, and the right panel allows you to preview a document.

Several months I started to try this progra, but got side tracked and ran out of time. I am now in the process of learning about the program. I have several questions.

TWAIN: What is it, and what are the problems if you don't have it?

What operating systems will HDM support?

There are 3 columns on the Home screen. Can you expain their function, or at least point me in the direction to find out"

Thank you for any help and information you can provide.

I was about to ask for my money back. I couldn't connect my SnapScan with your Manager--documents wouldn't enter. But with this new Manager it's working. Still learning how, but am getting results. Thanks for the update.
